Tassiana Moura de Oliveira, Ph.D.

I am a scholar of comparative judicial studies, with a focus on judicial politics, judicialization of policies and relations between law and society in Brazil and the US. Currently, I am a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University at Albany, SUNY, and a post-doctoral researcher at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul under the project “Strategies for Addressing Large-Scale Environmental Crime: Institutional Capacity in Public Security and Justice Policies” (PI: Professor Lígia Madeira).
